Terms of Use
Last updated October 19, 2026. These terms apply to the WH-347 Layout Tool at wh347.automationglass.com (the “Tool”), provided by Automation Glass, 416 S Grant Street, South Bend, Indiana (“we”, “us”). By using the Tool you agree to these terms.
What the Tool does
The Tool runs in your web browser. It reads a payroll export (CSV or Excel) that you choose, maps its columns, checks the arithmetic and required fields, and draws your data onto the WH-347 layout (Rev. January 2025, OMB 1235-0008) as a PDF. Your payroll file is processed on your device; it is not uploaded to us. Use of Form WH-347 itself is optional; see the disclaimer.
Free preview and paid licenses
- Free: watermarked preview PDFs marked “do not file”.
- Project-month ($39, one-time): one license key for one project name, valid for 31 days from purchase. Clean (unwatermarked) PDFs and the normalized CSV for that project.
- Monthly ($29/month): one license key for one project name, renewed automatically each month until you cancel. A new key is emailed after each paid renewal; each key carries 3 days of grace past the period end. Cancel anytime in the Stripe customer portal; the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
A license key unlocks the project whose name matches the name typed at checkout (spaces and capitals do not matter). Keys are checked on your device. Please do not share or publish your key; each key is for the buyer’s own use on the named project. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the payroll data you import and for reviewing every page before you submit it.
- The certifying official signs the Statement of Compliance (page 2). The Tool leaves the signature, date, telephone and email blank and does not decide which statements apply to you.
- You are responsible for meeting the requirements of your contract, the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts and any other law that applies to you.
- Do not use the Tool to break the law, to attack or overload our service, or to try to bypass the license check.
Not advice
The Tool and the guides on this site are general information, not legal, payroll or tax advice. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Labor.
No warranty
The Tool is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Tool will be error-free, that every payroll export will import correctly, or that output will be accepted by any agency or prime contractor.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, penalties, back wages or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Tool is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may change the Tool, its prices or these terms. Price changes do not affect a period you have already paid for. If we stop offering the Tool, paid plans stop renewing and existing keys keep working until they expire.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

About the WH-347 Layout Tool
- Browser-only: your CSV or Excel payroll export is read and laid out in your browser. Payroll is never uploaded. No account.
- Optional layout: it produces the WH-347 layout (Rev. January 2025, OMB 1235-0008). Use of Form WH-347 itself is optional; the weekly payroll information and a signed Statement of Compliance are what you submit.
