Refund Policy
Last updated October 19, 2026. We want you to be able to try the Tool before you pay: the free watermarked preview shows exactly how your payroll lands on the WH-347 layout.
When you get a full refund
- Within 14 days of a purchase, if you have not been able to produce a clean PDF with it.
- Any first purchase within 7 days, for any reason.
To ask for a refund, email hello@automationglass.com from the address you used at checkout (or include the project name and purchase date). Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; your bank may take a few days to show it. Once refunded, the license key for that purchase should no longer be used.
Monthly plan
- Cancel anytime in the Stripe customer portal (log in with your checkout email).
- After you cancel, the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and your current key keeps working until it expires; no further charges or keys.
- No partial refunds for the remainder of a period after 7 days from that charge, unless the 14-day rule above applies.

About the WH-347 Layout Tool
- Browser-only: your CSV or Excel payroll export is read and laid out in your browser. Payroll is never uploaded. No account.
- Optional layout: it produces the WH-347 layout (Rev. January 2025, OMB 1235-0008). Use of Form WH-347 itself is optional; the weekly payroll information and a signed Statement of Compliance are what you submit.
- Price: free watermarked preview. Clean PDF + normalized CSV: $39 one-time for one project (31 days) or $29/month for one project.
